Reservation Policies

 

Restaurant Booking Policy:

  • If you have made a reservation, then the table is yours for the agreed duration that is stated in your confirmation email.
  • We allow all reservations an allocated time of 2 hours from the time of your reservation, unless agreed by yourself and the venue. Should you require a longer duration – please request this on making the enquiry.
  • We respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service if these times are not adhered to.
  • Should you arrive later for your reservation – we will still require the table back for the agreed time of your reservation duration. Your reservation time will be shortened.
  • Should you arrive more than 20 minutes after your reservation time without forewarning, then you may lose your table to another customer. We kindly ask customers to contact us should you be running late on 01792 464111, then select your restaurant.
  • Tables are allocated on the day by the Front of House & Bookings team, we will do our upmost to seat you at your preferred table/area, however we cannot always guarantee this. Larger parties are likely to be spread across more than 1 table, depending on guest numbers.

 

Menu’s & Pre-Orders:

  • We reserve the right to change or adjust our menus and pricing without notice. Should this happen you will be informed 48 hours prior to your booking.
  • Adjustments or changes requested beyond our normal menu specification will be considered if possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
  • For all group bookings of 8 guests or more, we will require full pre orders, 5 days prior to your booking date.
  • Menu’s are not to be mixed when providing pre orders – if they are they will not be accepted.
  • Pre orders must be provided to us via the correct format through our online Booking System, ‘Design My Night’ of which will be sent via email. We may refuse the right to accept handwritten orders.
  • Any minor changes or reductions in guest numbers can be made up to 48 hours prior to your booking date unless agreed with the Duty Manager
  • Any changes that are to be requested on the day of the booking cannot be guaranteed, but we will endeavour to satisfy.

 

Allergies & Dietary Requirements:

  • Any dietary requirements or allergies that you or your guests have, must be passed on to the venue during the correspondence of making the booking.
  • We advise you to inform your dedicated waiter/waitress of these allergies and dietary requirements on arrival.
  • Where possible we will do our upmost to tailor and cater to all needs or offer alternative dishes.
  • Guests with severe allergies are advised to assess their own level of risk and consume dishes at their own risk.
  • We are not obligated to provide medical care if an incident occurs, however we will contact the emergency services immediately.

 

Deposits & Cancellations:

  • No deposit will be required for up to 7 guests.
  • £5.00 per person deposit will be required for parties of 8-14 guests. Deposits must be paid within 1 week of the enquiry being made.
  • £5.00 per person deposit will be required for parties of 15 guests or more. Deposits must be paid within 2 weeks of the enquiry being made.
  • For all bookings, we must be notified of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests with at least 48 hours’ notice, to redeem back the deposit from the bill. If we are informed after this period, or on the day – the deposit lost is not redeemable off the bill.
  • If you fail to turn up for your booking you will be marked on our system as “No Show” and we will remain the right to not accept any new enquiries from yourself in the future. Your deposit will not be returned and won’t be transferable to a different date (unless agreed with the Duty Manager.
  • An optional service charge may be added for parties of 6 or more guests.

Occasions:

  • We welcome bookings for special occasions!
  • Should you wish to bring décor, this must be discussed with our reservations team or with a Manager prior to your booking.
  • We do not allow confetti or Sellotape.
  • It will be your responsibility to arrive early to set the table up with decorations, it is not the responsibility of the venue to decorate your table, however, if agreed with the Duty Manager, arrangements to decorate can be done with plenty of notice.
  • Any items that are left at the venue are left at your own risk. We strongly advise that you take any items with you on the day/night of the party.
